Cinnamon Tea

To make 8 cups ( 1/2 gallon) of Tea, use 3oz of the bark - it makes a strong Tea

Boil water in a large pot, Crush in all the bark. It will be crushed well if you mostly making sure that the cinnamon is broken up in such a way that you have the most “flat surfaces” and not rolled stick pieces in the pot. Simmer for 1 minute. turn off the heat, leave covered with lid for 1+ hours, strain and enjoy hot or Cold!!!
