Palo Azul (Blue Tea) Recipe
To Make 1 Gallon of Tea - Recommended amount. Use 2oz of Bark
Be sure to use Mineral Water, Spring Water, or properly filtered water. But NOT the following: Distilled, Reverse Osmosis, or City Water.
Boil Mineral or Spring Water. Add 2 oz of Bark, bring back to a boil. Then turn down the heat to where the water is bubbling at a low boil, if you need to crack the lid at an angle to make that happen, then do so. The goal is to keep a low boil without losing too much of your water. Keep it on the low boil for One hour. Then turn off the heat, let it cool to room temperature. Strain, refrigerate, and enjoy 1-2 cups straight per day!
